It is a virtual SIM card for mobile internet while traveling. You don't need a physical card: the eSIM is installed on a compatible smartphone. Order an eSIM in your GoGoCard account, pay for it and add it to your phone with a QR code to use it in your destination country.

Check your device specifications to make sure it supports eSIM. Support is available on most smartphones released since 2018: iPhone XR/XS and later, Google Pixel 3 and later, Samsung Galaxy S20 and later.

You can also check whether there is an eSIM section in your phone or device settings.

We recommend installing the eSIM in advance, before you arrive in your destination country, so you don't waste time looking for Wi-Fi to activate the new SIM card.

*If you use an eSIM in Turkey, it must always be installed before you arrive in the country.
